Though every meal is essential for developing our mind and body, yet two among all are the most important meals to lose weight and stay fit! What are those? Breakfast and dinner are the two most essential meals of the day. Now, what to eat in breakfast and dinner or all through the day is a big question to look for. Starting with breakfast, have a look below to know what all can you eat in breakfast that will keep you fit:
  1. Fruits or fruit juice like orange, apple, banana, kiwi, etc. Avoid citrus fruits like lemon or sour orange in your morning meal.
  2. Cereals like oats, barley, etc. give you stamina to remain active day long.
  3. Milk, very essential to have as a part of your morning breakfast. Try and minimize the consumption of tea or coffee in the morning.
  4. Egg, especially half boiled as it contains more proteins that strengthen your body.

Apart from this, there are several special diets suggested to different people as per their body requirements. Now, coming on to your dinner!

Things that you can consume in dinner (as a healthy meal):
  1. Green vegetables, leafy pulses, etc. are a must have.
  2. Avoid butter or cheese or ghee in your night meal.
  3. Soup can be a good starter.
  4. A very little amount of carbohydrate would do such as meat, fish. Keep it simple in spite of making it smoked or spicy.
  5. Try and consume whole grains like wheat, etc. to support your meal. Avoid rice if you want to lose belly fat, specifically.

Finally, the after noon meal! Though most people eat twice a day due to lack of time but, that's not the right way to go when you are trying to lose weight. Eating twice a day can cause more hunger and empty stomach at a time that might cause acidity and poor digestion. What you should do is eat twice a day but, eat less and nutritional food.

Afternoon meal:
  1. Eat light in your after noon meal, a fruit and vegetable salad along with some milk shake would do.
  2. Avoid rice or white flour as they make you feel dizzy in the after noon.
  3. Eat nutritional snacks if you want.

Once more little piece of advise, never consume cold water with your meal as it goes in your stomach and helps generating citrus acid that gives birth to acidity.
