But if you eat it daily, then that could be a problem. Chocolate spread contains more of butter and cream which is harmful and causes weight gain. You can enjoy the chocolate flavor, but do not forget that consuming more amount of it is harmful for your body.

Butter

Butter has nearly about 38 calories for every 5 gram of serving. The more amount of butter you consume, the more number of calories you intake. Eating butter can absorb more amounts of nutrients from other foods, thus causing weight gain. Therefore, eat limited amount of butter to stay healthy and away from weight gain.

Cheese

One serving of cheese contains 70 calories in it. This number is not good as it can cause weight gain and increase belly fat. Thus, limit the intake of cheese as it causes weight gain and stay fit.

Oatmeal, pasta, vegetables, whole grain bread, brown rice, bagels, potatoes, legumes, lima kidney beans, chick peas, soybeans, pretzels, yams, etc. are the carbohydrate sources.
