How To Set Weight Loss Goals
How many times have you been to health clinics for a weight loss program and spent thousands of bucks just to get your vital stats in right measure? And the moment we leave it, we stand in front of the mirror, the same way we started, or may be worse. The “excess fat” really troubles us, increasing its hold on every other household, and all age groups. The best and the easiest way for a good health and life is to be fit and healthy. For being healthy, one has to shed off the extra fat from his body, for which you will need a plan. And first thing is to plan a model for weight loss. One of the initial stages of this will include setting up a goal for yourself. Ask yourself a few questions before setting up the goal:
Answering some of the questions may require you to spend some time at your local dietician, or just retrospectively looking at your lifestyle. Take out this time, as before setting up any goal, it is important to be clear on what you want, how you want, and in how much time can it be ideally achieved. Once you are clear about your needs, set up a short term goal to see whether you can actually implement it. Initially, you should make an easy target, and then as you effectively implement it, you can start increasing the level every fortnight, and so on and so forth. You can keep an incentive for yourself, say, after every month, if you have attained the desired target, you can treat yourself with a sweet dish! Lastly, nothing goes along until you wish to walk ahead. It's the determination and will which will make achieve whatever you have started. Being strict and disciplined should be your motto.
