Bicycle workout

STEP 1: Lie straight on the ground or a mat and then place your hands behind your head holding it properly.

STEP 2: Lift your knees, bring it towards your chest and hold it by your hands. Move or lift your body accordingly (if required).

STEP 3: Repeat the same with the other knee and hand. For instance, lift your left knee by using your left hand and do the same with the other one.

STEP 4: You may also do it the other way round, by using left knee and right leg. But, make sure you do not strain your neck too much doing this and get hurt!

STEP 5: Continue the process in a pedaling motion, giving it 8- 10 repetitions.

It is the second in the row and a very popular abdominal workout indeed. Now, how to do it? Read on!

STEP 1: Stand upright and grasp the chair supports to alleviate your upper body.

STEP 2: Squash your back against the padding and pact the abs to lift your legs and knees towards your chest.

STEP 3: Don't curve your back and sway the legs up. Do it gradually, keeping your body or back in the upright position.

STEP 4: Slowly put your lower back down and repeat the exercise several times.

Similarly, there are other abdominal workouts done through the exercise ball or simple workouts such as Vertical leg crunch, long arm crunch, reverse crunch, torso track, full vertical crunch, ab rocker, Plank on elbows and toes and many more.
