Researchers have proved that working out at a high intensity level can actually burn your stomach fat and not the low intensity exercise. While you work out at a high intensity level, you can easily stimulate your body's natural hormones which increase your metabolism. Yes, cardio exercises are good for losing belly fat. But if your do 1 hour of low intensity cardio exercises, then it would not help. You need to do high intensity cardio exercises for reducing belly fat. The fact is no one can do cardio exercise alone at high intensity level. There are quite a few people who are successful in doing so. Thus, interval training is necessary to burn belly fat. Interval training gives our body time to recover from one exercise pattern. You can then work for high intensity level. This is how the fats are burnt.
