Bloated belly fatThere are many reasons to develop bloated belly fat; the most common among them are over eating and low digestion power. At times intake of huge meals can make your belly bloat. For instance, after having your lunch you might feel a bit stomach ache resulting in distended belly fat. It also makes you feel dizzy the day long. So, get on to a diet to remove belly fat and this bloat issues as soon as possible.

Those who do a regular job of eight to nine hours, they often face this problem. The reasons are less physical activity, long hours of sitting, unbalanced food, improper timings of consuming meals, etc. All these and a lot more create stomach ache, bloating problems, belly fat, obesity, low stamina and many such health issues. So, how to remove bloated belly fat? Well, given below are a few effective ways to eradicate this problem easily.

  1. Cut down on processed food: Avoid having breads, refined sugar, baked food stuffs (like cookies, cakes, etc.), cheese, fried stuffs and such food items.
  2. Eat less but frequently: As a replacement for two heavy meals a day, try to consume three light meals. This will control your bloating problem or any such stomach related issues.
  3. Do not sit immediately after having your meal: If you sit or relax or sleep immediately after having your lunch or dinner your body will not be able to digest the food properly and feel problems like dizziness, stomach ache, bloating, etc.
  4. Drink ample amount of water: Water helps your body to digest the food consumed. It also keeps you hydrated.
  5. Eat in proper proportions: Eat a heavy breakfast, light lunch and heavy dinner. Avoid having in between or mid night snacks. You can always take one or two tea/ coffee breaks but avoid having cookies or fries along with that. This is the best way to eradicate bloated belly and fat.
  6. Exercise: Daily walks, exercises, push ups, jogging are the best way to get rid of any kind of fat.

Apart from this, bloat can even occur if you consume a lot of soda. Beer drinkers or alcohol consumer are known for their bloated bellies so if you want to remove that try and avoid such drinks. Discard excessive intake of alcohol soft drinks or colas as they not only cause bloating problems but also increase calorie count in your body. Drink fruit juices, milk shakes, water (of course) and flavored tea. This will keep you energetic and active for all day long.

Avoid spicy food like fried crab curries, meaty supers, etc. as they too make bloated belly fat. It is not that easy to get away from all these but if you want to look good and keep fit you should always eat a balanced and controlled diet. If you still want to have any of these food stuffs some times, remember to those extra calories the very next day by exercising or else you’ll continue suffering bloated belly fat.
